1217 White Street Originally from Paris, France, Michel began his career playing tennis in National 2 while teaching and coaching in clubs around Paris. He came to the U.S in 1989 where he began with the development of a conditioning program for the Key West high school tennis team. He also taught classes based on the Active Isolated Stretching system. Always interested in maximizing performance, while also focusing on injury prevention and recovery, he specialized in shoulder, knee, and low back overuse. He is a member of the A.M.T.A National Sport Massage Team for which he coordinated therapists for major events. For instance, he worked with top ATP players in the Key Biscayne Lipton Tennis Tournament and with the Alvin Ailey Dance Company. An avid traveler and student of life, Michel has studied in Thailand, India, Japan, China and France. His approach combines osteopathy, acupuncture, Chinese herbs, nutrition, personalized exercises, Tuina (medical Chinese massage) sport massage, Thai yoga massage, and applied kinesiology. Michel has been running a most successful private practice in Key West, Florida for 12 years where he addresses a wide range of issues for dancers, musicians, athletes, and non-athletes of all ages.
